How long does it take to process/ship an order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Most of the time, orders are shipped the same business day. Our office is open Monday-Friday.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
At the moment we do not offer local pick up or delivery. Good news though! Our cases are also available at a few retail locations:

I put in the wrong address! What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com. In the event that the shipment has already been sent, it will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for the 2nd shipping costs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to cancel or adjust any orders that have already begun processing. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number right away.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Refunds issued back to the customer will be for the cost of the merchandise only. The shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If your package is returned to our PO Box & we are charged a fee to receive the order back, the amount we are required to pay will be deducted from your total refund.
Do you have a warranty?
We stand behind our product 100%. We offer a warranty on defective pieces. We do not offer a warranty on normal wear and tear.
Signé offers a warranty on all products from the date of purchase - 12 months. This includes defects in material and production under normal use. In order to process a warranty claim, we require a proof of purchase and images of the damaged product. Product will be exchanged for a product of the same or lesser value. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
We ship our cases worldwide! Orders within the USA & Canada automatically come with expedited tracked shipping. If you are located elsewhere, the tracking is optional. However, please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the event that you do not elect shipping with tracking.
I received the wrong item! What should I do?
Please email us immediately and we will rectify the situation.

We offer a 10% off coupon code for customers subscribed to the email list. We also offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more cases. Make sure to follow us on social media for any coupon announcements! (Only one code/discount per order)
